Funny because I first saw Charice too on Ellen and I wondered who she was. On the previous day though, for lack of better things to do, I was watching a replay of the Dream Girls on TV and I was surprised they had this show on for like a week so I got to watch it twice. A song in particular caught my attention, "And I am Telling you" sung by Jennifer Hudson. I thought it was great and nice enough to watch the whole movie again.

After that day, I accidentally clicked on the Channel of Ellen and saw part of Charice's performance of that song and took notice of that little girl who looked Filipina but didn't pay that much attention except for the fact that the quality of her voice was commendable. Then within the same week, while I was browsing the internet, I came across the entertainment section and this little girl in pigtails in a pink and white outfit caught my eye and I clicked on it and low and behold, it was the Star King show in Korea and it had these irritating sub-titles overlaping each other. I caught a flash of one sub-title saying something like from far away Philippines. I copntinued to watch and turned up the volume and being familiar with the Dream Girl's song, I was awe struck and my jaw dropped because I couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing.

I said to myself, this girl looks like she's only 10years old and look at the way she's claiming the stage. At first I thought she was lip synching but when I realized that she wasn't my jaw dropped again. I was really stunned and couldn't find the words to express my amazement, disbelief, and maybe the best description would be dumbfounded. I called my two puppies and told them to look and tell me if I'm seeing what I'm seeing. Haha.

 this is what got me started on that very same route of searching more of Charice on the internet and thankfully, the hype had already spread like wildfire all over the internet. And as I learned about her life story, I got stuck big time and all of a sudden, my lonely free moments at home were no longer something I'd dread. I started hurrying home after work and whenever just to get stuck on the computer and the internet. It was goodbye to those lonely times for me and now I'm so happy. It's like Charice became my extended family and there was no more idle and lonely moments for me. Then something even better happened. I found a site where people felt the same way and we shared the same experience with this little girl and the whole community of chasters became my extended family.

For me, this is something I am very happy about and grateful for. I thank Charice for shining that light and leading me to people I have found to be very nice and loving just like Charice and have found fulfilment in cheering and doing whatever I can to help further this girls dreams and achievements. I know very well that there's nothing in this for me except that feeling deep inside that I am part of whatever this girl achieves. Her dreams are my dreams, her triumphs and victories and the tears she sheds are mine as well. She has shared with me her life through her songs and performances and this makes me happy.

I am really thankful also to all the chasters who share the same intentions, visions, aspirations and efforts to this end and especially to Maria Manalo aka GM who has made me her true friend and to all of you out there, I would like to be your friend as well in this endeavor to promote and advance Charice's dreams and accomplishments. GM, this is a very beautiful site you have created, one apart from the rest of the other site. It's elegance, class and professional presentation is impeccable and nothing short of a five star rating. With its advanced functions and capabilities, it can accomplish more than what we can probably imagine. We should not be ashamed to invite great personalities to visit this site and participate in what we are doing. But there is a lot of work to be done. The need for more meat and food for these monsters with insatiable cravings for anything Charice continues to grow. These have to be fed and I believe it is time to call upon the chasters to pitch in and feed the site with that food.

FTCL13, haha, I'm sorry I got a little carried away there . Just like everyone else, I'm part of that hungry monster drooling for more  of anything Charice. haha. Good luck my friend and take care.
